This is so weird!!!! On Saturday, Brett noticed a bird with its head stuck in a crack between the door casing and the wall of the barn. He ran to the gas station and when he returned, there was a second bird stuck too! The bottom bird had already died and the second one was still flapping around. I tried to lift the bird up with a stick, but it wouldn't budge. It appears that the crack widens up at the top of the door, but I have no idea how the birds got their heads stuck up there then slid down halfway. The second bird died later, which we now need to get of there. I have never seen anything like this, have you?
